Your note book is part of your grade and will be checked weekly. On Friday or the last day of the week the note book is due. This will be posted earlier in the week. (homework assignments that are late will NOT be accepted and will be graded as a “0.” Be sure to hand in your homework ON TIME! Homework counts as 10% of your total grade.
4.Daily Participation Grade: You are graded on the Percent of the period that you work in class. If you work 90% of the time you will receive a 90% for the daily participation grade. You must complete all written and practical assignments. DO NOT make fun or harass anyone in any way (sexual, ethnic, religious, demeaning or foul language is not permitted at any time. Treat others with respect). If you use foul or abusive language in class you will receive a “0” for the daily participation grade. No irons are to be used during class and students should not be applying makeup or using cell phones. before the period ends each student will return all material to proper place, wipe station with cleaner, sweep floor around station, clean mirror and clean assigned area of the class room. Each student will be assigned an area of the room to be in charge of for cleaning and keeping in order.
